Besides, our Trusted Routes module has started a user interface revamp thanks to your feedback. So, let’s dive in!

To make it easier for you to search for specific routes and identify alternatives, we have enhanced several parts of the interfaces, adding smaller components, table view modes and new filters. We hope you like the new look!
We will continue to improve the overall design of our module over the next few weeks and add new capabilities, stay tuned!

Display your shipment dates in local time

We're thrilled to announce a new feature that will make tracking your shipments even easier and more intuitive!

Starting now, you can view departure and arrival times in the local time zones of the respective locations. No more mental calculations or time zone conversions—just clear, straightforward information tailored to your needs:

  • Personalization: Set your preferred time zones in your profile settings to customize your experience.
  • Accuracy: Our system automatically adjusts for daylight saving time and other time zone changes, ensuring you always have the most accurate information.
  • Multi-canal: Local times are available in our platform but also through the APIs and via webhook

User interface improvements, because detail matters

Our product is ever evolving and we aim at providing the best-in-class user experience for our web platform. Our team made a huge effort to improve the way you are currently using it based on your feedback:

  • Product description is now searchable: you can use it to search for specific products and are not limited to containers or shipments anymore! 
  • New filters on LCL / FLC and FLT / LTL shipments.
  • Bookings are now available through our search engine, which has been improved in performance.
  • We’ve also made a few subtle UX enhancements that, while easy to miss, are essential to your overall user experience. We welcome your feedback - please don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to share your experience!

Door-to-Door emissions analytics dashboard

As part of our carbon emissions module, we have added a new dashboard that allows our customers to get more granular information on carbon emissions for their transport.

A table with all the details of the carbon footprint calculation is displayed, with the breakdown of all transport steps (pre-carriage, carrier haulage, main carriage, post-carriage). Users can now distinguish between the different modes of transport and the different locations of their shipment.

Over the last several months, we have added several new out of the box connectors with telematics systems and road carriers, increasing our native coverage to enable live tracking with Girteka, Verilocation, TeletracNavman, and an ever-growing list of others!
