Why does my customer need Wakeo?
- Wakeo is a SaaS platform that provides real-time, end-to-end visibility for multimodal shipments across sea, air, rail, and road. Its Real-Time Transport Visibility Platform (RTTVP) consolidates tracking data from carriers and freight forwarders, giving shippers clear insight into the location of their freight. Your customer wants to use Wakeo to gain greater supply chain visibility — and your support is key to making that possible.
Why should I share my truck tracking data?
- Wakeo requires your truck position to provide real-time data to your customers. They will receive real time shipment updates (when the truck is leaving or arriving at destination) and be able to find shipment status without calling you or relying on multiple systems.

How does telematics / ELD integration work? What am I sharing exactly? How do you use my data?
- Wakeo collects GPS truck positions through telematics / electronics logging devices (ELD) . We retrieve what you decide to share with us in order to understand where the truck is and to be able to provide an estimated date of arrival to your customer.
- We never use your tracking data outside of the load’s duration and your customer will never be able to understand where your truck is coming from and where it goes next.
- We have created hundreds of out-of-the box telematics / ELD connectors with the most important telematics / ELD but we are also able to connect directly to your system if you can push us directly the GPS positions.
